PotPot is operated by Atlas Ventures, providing professional plant care services in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
2. Services
PotPot provides monthly plant care subscription services including:
- Plant health inspection and assessment
- Pruning and trimming
- Pest control and treatment
- Nutrient application and fertilization
- Repotting services (when needed)
- One complimentary check-up visit per month
Services are provided at your registered address during scheduled visit times.
3. Booking and Scheduling
- Bookings can be made through our website or WhatsApp.
- You must provide accurate contact information and address details.
- Service visits are scheduled based on gardener availability in your area.
- We will confirm your booking via WhatsApp.
- You must ensure access to your property during the scheduled visit time.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing is based on the number of plants at your location.
- All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Payment is collected after service completion.
- No advance payment is required for the first visit.
- Monthly subscription payments are due at the time of each visit.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule a visit by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit may incur a cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to reschedule visits due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Service Limitations
- Our services are currently available only in select areas of Bangalore.
- We provide care for potted plants only; landscaping services are not included.
- While we take utmost care, we cannot guarantee the survival of plants that are severely damaged or diseased.
- Specialized equipment or treatments may incur additional charges (communicated in advance).
7. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate plant count and location information.
- Ensure safe access to your plants during scheduled visits.
- Inform us of any specific plant care requirements or concerns.
- Secure pets during service visits.
- Maintain basic plant watering between visits as advised.
8. Liability
While we exercise professional care, PotPot shall not be liable for:
- Plant loss due to factors beyond our control (extreme weather, disease, neglect between visits).
- Pre-existing plant conditions not disclosed at the time of booking.
- Indirect or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the affected visit.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via WhatsApp or email.
