At PotPot, we strive to provide excellent plant care services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided for our subscription services.
2. Service Model
PotPot operates on a pay-after-service model:
- No advance payment is required for your first visit
- Payment is collected after each service visit is completed
- Monthly subscriptions are paid at the time of each visit
3. Cancellation Before Service
Free Cancellation (24+ hours notice)
You may cancel or reschedule any booking at no charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit time.
Late Cancellation (Less than 24 hours)
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service charge, as our gardener may have already been assigned and en route.
4. Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with a service visit:
Free Re-service
Contact us within 48 hours of the service visit, and we will schedule a complimentary follow-up visit to address any concerns.
Service Credit
If the issue cannot be resolved through a re-service, we may offer a credit towards your next month's service.
5. Refund Eligibility
Full or partial refunds may be provided in the following situations:
- Service not rendered: If we cancel a scheduled visit and cannot reschedule within 7 days
- Significant service issues: If the service provided was substantially below the promised standard and re-service is not possible
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Services that have been completed as described
- Plant loss due to factors beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, pest infestation between visits, watering neglect)
- Pre-existing plant conditions that were not disclosed at booking
- Dissatisfaction reported more than 7 days after the service
- Missed appointments where the customer was not available and did not inform us in advance
7. Subscription Cancellation
To cancel your monthly subscription:
- Contact us via WhatsApp at least 7 days before your next scheduled visit
- No cancellation fee applies for subscription cancellations
- Services already rendered are non-refundable
- You may re-subscribe at any time
